- Tours: Offered every 30 minutes, starting at 10:30 AM.
⚠️ Important Event Information
- All attendees must register individually for this event, including students, parents, guardians, family members, and guests. Individual registration helps us ensure accurate attendance counts and maintain the safety and security of everyone on campus.
- This is a self-guided event. You’ll choose the programs you’re interested in and visit those areas. An instructor will lead each program tour, but you’ll move around campus on your own.
- Closed-toe shoes are required for all attendees. During the event, guests will tour active instructional labs where safety regulations must be followed.
- Be prepared to walk. This event includes walking across campus, so comfortable shoes and attire are highly recommended to help you enjoy the experience.

We will have specific bus parking available!- What do I bring?
Please come with a positive attitude, a readiness to learn, and comfortable walking shoes! This event is designed to help students connect with TSTC’s Waco Campus and experience all it has to offer. We encourage you and your students to arrive prepared to explore and engage with our campus community.
- Safety Guidelines
Students attending in groups must be accompanied by a chaperone to ensure proper supervision and safety. For larger groups, we ask for one chaperone per 10 students. Because guests will be visiting active labs and classes in session, we ask that all attendees remain mindful of their surroundings and wear closed-toe shoes for safety.
- What will the day at TSTC look like?
Check-In and Orientation
Upon arrival, all attendees will check in at the John B. Connally Visitor Center. After check-in, you’ll head to the auditorium for a brief orientation covering event details and guidelines.
Campus Exploration
Following the orientation, you’re free to explore the campus, visit departments, and tour as many programs as you’d like.
- Lost & Found
Lost items can be reported or retrieved at the John B. Connally Visitor Center.
