Bring Your Group to Experience TSTC in Waco!
We'd love to welcome your group to TSTC in Waco! Whether you're bringing a high school class, community organization, or another group, our campus offers an exciting opportunity to experience hands-on education in action. During your visit, you'll tour our state-of-the-art facilities, explore career-focused programs, see students learning in real-world environments, and hear firsthand from instructors who bring years of industry experience into the classroom. You'll gain valuable insight into what it's like to train for an in-demand career while learning from professionals who have worked in the fields they now teach.
Our team will be there to answer questions, share information about our programs, and provide a fun, engaging campus experience.
Please Note:
- Requesting a tour date is a temporary reservation until confirmed. Once you choose a date, a member of our team will reach out with a registration link for your group. Each attendee must complete the registration prior to the start of the tour (this includes students, counselors, chaperones). We require all to register for safety measures and accommodations for touring active labs.
- Groups of more than 40 attendees should contact tstcwacotours@tstc.edu so we can make the appropriate accommodations for your visit.
- If your group requires any additional accommodations, please contact tstcwacotours@tstc.edu in advance so we can help ensure everyone has a great experience.
- Closed-toed shoes are required by all attending the tour.
Tour Confirmation Policy: Selecting a tour date submits your group's reservation request. A member of our team will contact you within 1–2 business days with a confirmation email, registration link, and additional tour details. To secure your reservation, please respond to the confirmation email within 3 business days. If we do not receive a response within that timeframe, we may release your requested tour date to accommodate other groups.

- Where do I park & check in?
Bus parking and guest parking for passenger vehicles are available in the main parking lot. No parking permits or guest passes are required.
Upon arrival, please park in the main lot at the TSTC John B. Connally Visitor Center: 100 Campus Drive, Waco, TX 76705.
After parking, please check in at the Visitor Center front desk. Your TSTC Guide will greet your group and begin your campus tour.
- What should I wear for my tour?
For your safety, please wear closed-toed shoes and full-length pants.
Safety glasses will be provided for each guest depending on the labs you will be seeing.
